Ingredients
2-3 dried Bael (Beli) flowers
1 cup water
1 tsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on taste)
1-2 slices of lemon (optional)
Instructions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.
Add the dried Bael (Beli) flowers to the boiling water.
Allow the flowers to steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you want the flavor.
Once steeped, strain the tea to remove the flower pieces.
If desired, add honey or sugar for sweetness, and a slice of lemon for extra freshness.
Pour the tea into a cup, and enjoy a refreshing cup of Belimal tea!
